Joe Biden is claiming to be the President-elect and laying out his governing agenda.

But Biden and the Democrats just got some bad news.

And Joe Biden suffered a huge defeat in a state he thought he won.

Joe Biden’s trying to back up his claims of being President-elect by proposing policies he intends to pursue if he takes office in January.

College-educated votes swung dramatically toward Democrats and Biden aims to pay them off by proposing a bailout by eliminating $10,000 in student loan debt and making community college completely free and that Americans that made less than $125,000 per year would pay no tuition for public college and universities.

“In the 21st century, twelve years of school isn’t enough. That’s why under the Biden-Harris plan, community college will be free — and public colleges and universities will be tuition-free for families earning less than $125,000 a year,” Biden’s handlers posted on social media.

But Biden’s proposal was already tried with predictably disastrous results in blue states.

In 2019, New Mexico GovernorMichelle Lujan Grisham announced a plan to make college free for all New Mexico residents.

The plan was scaled back to provide a scholarship for two-year community college before being abandoned altogether because the state had no way to pay for the socialist scheme.

During the coronavirus pandemic the oil industry took a downturn which crushed New Mexico’s budget and forced the state to retreat from this scheme.

Activist and attorney Jorge Galicia—who immigrated to the United States from Venezuela—told Campus Reform in an interview that he wasn’t surprised this leftist pipe dream imploded because he watched similar “progressive” promises fall through in his native country when it turned to socialism.

“The first thing we have to note about this whole plan is that it wasn´t even necessary for it to take into effect to notice why this is such a bad idea. Financing huge social programs with taxpayers’ money (or in this case, oil revenue money) might work for some time, but inevitably the state will run out of money at some point making it impossible to maintain the funding for these ambitious programs,” Galicia explained.

Galicia noted that had this plan been in effect before the oil crash, it could have destroyed the state of New Mexico’s budget.

“Imagine what would have happened if the program proposed had been actually enacted before the COVID crisis. What would have the State of New Mexico done to keep the promises made to the beneficiaries of the program?” Galicia asked.

Right now nearly 60 percent of Americans do not have a college degree.

Those voters also favor Republicans.

Americans that choose career paths that require a college degree will now be asked to subsidize Democrat voters heading off to college to receive gender studies degrees.

Joe Biden’s claimed he wants to “unify” the country.

But right out of the gate Biden is proposing class warfare programs that reward his own party’s coalition while punishing the voters that supported Donald Trump.
